English law applies. By purchasing goods or services online from Chromacolour you enter a legally binding contract.

Online Orders

Chromacolour takes security seriously. All payments are processed over a secure, encrypted server. We never share your personal information with third parties.

We accept credit/debit cards and PayPal. PayPal attracts a surcharge, clearly shown at checkout. Problems ordering? Email sales@chromacolour.co.uk.

Prices

All prices are in GBP. We strive for accuracy, but if an item is listed incorrectly we may retract the sale and refund you. Under Distance Selling Regulations the contract is complete once the item reaches the delivery address.

Cancelling or Amending an Order

We aim to dispatch within 48 hours (often same-day). To cancel or amend, contact us immediately by phone or email. Once the order has left our premises, we cannot recall it.

Refund Policy

Any item^* is covered by our guarantee. If you are not 100 % satisfied, return it in saleable condition within 30 days for a full refund (postage excluded). Contact us first for a returns number.

^* Installed software and custom-made products may be excluded; check before ordering.

Items Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, notify us immediately and keep all packaging. We will send a replacement at our expense and arrange return of the damaged item.

Items Lost in Transit

Losses are rare. Most shipments are tracked; if confirmed lost we will replace the order promptly.

Faulty Goods

Contact us first if an item appears faulty; we can often resolve issues by phone. If necessary, we may ask you to return the item (or arrange collection). If inspection shows no fault, return postage will not be refunded. Damage caused by misuse or accident is excluded.

Sale of Goods Act 1979

If a product fails prematurely due to a manufacturing defect we will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.

Order and shipping notifications are emailed. Newsletter subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. We do not store payment details.

Availability & Description

If a listed item is out of stock we will notify you immediately. Some images are for illustration only; products may vary in size or colour. Liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the item.
