Chromacolour Satisfaction Guarantee

Any item^* purchased from Chromacolour is covered by our guarantee. If you are not 100 % satisfied with any of our products, we’ll give you a full refund (postage excluded). Just return the item in its original saleable condition within 30 days of purchase.

Before sending anything back, email us at sales@chromacolour.co.uk for a returns number.
Note: Software that has been installed and custom-made products may be exempt—check with us first.

Items Damaged in Transit

We pack everything securely, but if your order arrives damaged, contact us right away and keep all packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement at our expense and handle the return of the damaged goods.

Items Lost in Transit

Losses are rare, but if your parcel can’t be located with tracking we’ll ship a replacement as quickly as possible.
